Local group is ready to buy Cazenovia College campus. Here’s its ambitious plan

Cazenovia, N.Y. — A group of local investors says it has a deal to buy the Cazenovia College campus and plans to turn it into a complex featuring residential, lodging and office space.
The group is calling itself 9 Fresh after the nine members of the team, who are bringing expertise in real estate, venture capital, law, economic development and business to the venture.
