    Description

    Does not work.
    No ID on tool,  found similar - Never heard of Florida Tool so may not be proper name.
    When powered up the blade just does a small nudge but does not move properly.
    The end cap was loose and inside looks like a rubber seal that may or may not be a problem.
    Everything looks and feels good but powered up does not work.
    More pneumatic tools in my store - Combined shipping is the key to value.
