PERU 1965 1 Sol 400th Anniversary Lima Mint MINT ERROR

I am liquidating my collection.  This is a 1965 Lima Mint commemorative MINT ERROR.  It was one of a few coins presented to me personally in March, 1965 by Armando Pareja during my first visit to the Lima Mint.         At the time, Mr. Pareja was the chief Engraver, and Director of the Mint.  He is believed to be the only engraver ever, whose signature ever appeared on coinage.
I will provide upon request, a signed letter attesting to the above to the purchaser of this specimen.
